Ashley is the founder and owner of Root + Ritual Scalp Lounge & Salon Suites, a luxury beauty and wellness destination intentionally created to elevate both scalp health and beauty entrepreneurship. Rooted in purpose and built with intention, Root + Ritual was designed as a space where clients experience elevated care and beauty professionals are empowered to truly own their craft.
As part of this vision, Ashley is also the proud owner of the very first The Scalp Lounge USA franchise location, bringing nationally recognized scalp wellness services into the Root + Ritual space. As one of the first certified Scalp Specialists through Academy M Education by Mandie Evans, she blends advanced scalp education with hands-on expertise to deliver results-driven, wellness-focused care.
With a strong background in scalp facials and hair styling, Ashley seamlessly merges beauty, wellness, and confidence-building into every experience. Her expertise in precision hair cutting and lived-in color techniques allows her to create customized results that enhance each client’s natural beauty while supporting long-term scalp health.
What truly sets Ashley apart is her dedication to intentional care and education.
